Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200g Toblerone
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 6 eggs, including the yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl schnapps, Pitu (Brazilian sugar cane schnapps)
  • possibly rum flavoring
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler. Cool it in a cold water bath. Whisk the cream and vanilla sugar. Whisk the egg yolks. Stir the egg yolks into the melted chocolate. If the consistency becomes too thick, add a little milk. Finally, carefully fold in the cream. Add Pitu (or white rum) and rum flavoring, if desired. Place in the freezer and stir every hour (2-3 times).
