Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g cream
  • 1 pack of confectionery (Toffiffee), approx. 15 pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

To make the Toffifee spread, combine the cream and butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Meanwhile, finely chop the Toffifee. Once the butter and cream are hot, add the chopped Toffifee and melt, stirring constantly. After about 3-4 minutes, the Toffifee will have dissolved and the spread can be poured into a preserving jar. Once cooled, the spread is ready to eat. Makes approximately 200g of Toffifee spread.
