Tofu and vegetable stir-fry with roasted sesame seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 2 onions, red, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 100 g broad beans, fresh or frozen
  • 1 jar corn
  • 1 jar mung beans
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan and gluten-free

Dice the tofu and fry in sesame oil in a large pan. Once the tofu cubes are lightly browned, add the onions and continue frying. Then deglaze with tamari sauce. Add the broad beans and sauté. Drain the corn and mung beans and add them to the pan for a few minutes. Season with pepper to taste and stir occasionally. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a small pan without fat and sprinkle over the dish before serving. This goes very well with Thai or jasmine rice.
