Tofu burger with cheese and ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g tofu
  • 30 g cheese
  • 1 slice(s) ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve the tofu. Place the cheese and ham between the tofu and fold together. Secure with toothpicks if desired. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 10-15 minutes.
