Pancakes with leek and Lyoner

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of batter (pancake batter)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 ring/s meat sausage, Lyoner/ham sausage

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash the leek and slice it. Dice the sausage. Add everything to the pancake batter and mix. Now bake the pancakes as usual. They taste great with a salad, but you can also eat them on their own, as they are very moist.
