Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tbsp oil
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 400g tofu
- 4 sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 chili peppers
- 5 tbsp fish sauce
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry paste, red
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the spring onions, and peel, deseed, and finely chop the chili peppers. Rice the cooked sweet potatoes and tofu, mix with the spring onions, chili peppers, cornstarch, fish sauce, soy sauce, and curry paste, and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. The mixture shouldn’t be too soft. Form small balls, flatten slightly, and roll in sesame seeds. Press the sesame seeds firmly. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.
