Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g cauliflower
- 600 g broccoli
- 4 tsp margarine
- 2 tbsp flour
- 500 ml milk, low-fat
- 6 tbsp grated cheese (32% fat)
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- 2 tbsp pine nuts

Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Heat the margarine, sprinkle with flour, pour in the milk, and bring to a boil. Stir in 2 tablespoons of cheese and the parsley. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Place the cauliflower and broccoli in a baking dish, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts and the remaining cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3) for about 20 minutes.
