Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g tofu
- 200 g corn, pre-cooked
- 2 large onions
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and wash the onions, then chop them together with the tofu. Add the oil and soy sauce to a pan and fry the chopped onions and tofu for about five minutes. Add the corn and season with salt and pepper.
