Tofu for breakfast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g tofu
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Cut the tofu into cubes or slices. Add a little water (it doesn’t need to be covered) and soy sauce to a small pan. Boil the water over high heat until completely evaporated, stirring occasionally to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed and the tofu doesn’t burn. Serve hot. I like it for breakfast, but it also goes well with avocado and bread, salads, mushrooms, pasta, or any vegetables.
