Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For salad or grilling
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, stir in water and soy sauce, and marinate the tofu in it, letting it sit overnight in the refrigerator if necessary.
