Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g blackberries, frozen
  • 200 g blueberries, frozen
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 300 g pineapple, from the can
  • 100 g banana(s), ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the blackberries and blueberries. Clean the blender thoroughly after each blending. Use a separate bowl for each color. Once the blackberries and blueberries are thawed, blend them. Blend the strawberries as well. Blend the pineapple and banana until no chunks remain. Place all three bowls in the freezer for at least an hour to harden. Once the three colors are frozen, start with the gold and divide them between four glasses. Repeat with the red and black, using teaspoons to fill the bowls so the colors don’t mix. If you don’t like a particular fruit, you can of course substitute it with one of the same color. It’s also a great refreshing treat in the summer, super healthy, and very tasty.
