Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g tofu, plain
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 250 ml vegetable stock, possibly more
- 100 g corn, ground
- 1 carrot(s), finely grated
- 50 g onion(s), finely diced
- Salt
- 6 peppercorns, ground
- ½ tsp coriander, ground
- Margarine, for frying

Finely mash 9 pieces of tofu with a fork, melt the margarine, and stir-fry the tofu until it turns yellowish-brown. Mix with the vegetable broth and corn, add the carrot and onion, and mix well until a dough forms. Season with salt, pepper, and coriander. Form palm-sized patties, place in hot margarine, flatten with a spatula, and fry on all sides. My own recipe.
