Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tofu, natural
- 75 g smoked tofu
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp, heaped almond butter, white
- some water
- some turmeric
- some salt (Kala Namak)
- pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, cut the smoked tofu and onion into small cubes and finely crumble the plain tofu with a fork. Heat oil in a pan and fry the smoked tofu until crispy. Then add the onion and a little turmeric and fry for a few minutes. Add the plain tofu and heat in the pan for just a few seconds. Mix the almond butter with a little water and deglaze the tofu with the almond butter and water mixture. Mix everything well and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Finally, season with pepper and kala namak. Garnish with chives, if desired, and enjoy warm.
