Snack: Roasted Chickpeas
The perfect snack: roasted chickpeas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Glass Chickpeas
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
- 1 Msp Sweet paprika powder
- Drain the chickpeas in a colander and rinse briefly with cold water. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, pat dry if necessary. Spread the remaining ingredients evenly over the top, then mix well with your hands.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Stir well in between.
- The roasted chickpeas can be kept in the fridge for a few days when they have cooled down in a can. I like to use it as a topping for soups, salads, bowls etc … but also just as a snack.
