Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, freshly cooked
  • Salt, to taste
  • 150 g flour
  • 5 tbsp Clarified butter, for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes, peel them while hot, roughly mash them with a fork, and mix them with salt and flour. Crumble the potato dough between your fingers. Heat clarified butter in a large pan and fry the potato mixture until small lumps form. Pairs well with meat in a dark sauce and coleslaw.
