Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 850 g potatoes, washed, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Chop the onion and garlic on speed 5. Add the potatoes and vegetable stock to the simmering basket; cook for 30 minutes on Varoma speed 1. Remove the potatoes from the simmering basket. Add the vinegar, mustard, herb salt, and pepper to the remaining cooking liquid and blend for about 10 seconds. Pour over the potatoes and let it marinate. Before serving, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. If desired, you can also add fried bacon and cucumber cubes to the potato salad. These ingredients are not listed separately.
