Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, ready to bake
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200g Camembert(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • herb salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 equal-sized rectangles. To do this, cut the dough once vertically and twice horizontally. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg yolk. Place a slice of ham on each piece. Arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on top. Season with herb spice, salt, and pepper. Cut the Camembert into small pieces and place a piece of Camembert on each tomato slice. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C (convection oven) for 15-18 minutes. The puff pastry should be golden brown, and the cheese can also have some color. Arrange everything on plates and garnish with the chives.
