Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 5 tomatoes
- 150 g turkey meat (fillet strips from the refrigerated section)
- 100 g cheese (Danish semi-hard cheese), sliced
- 150 g yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and dice the tomatoes. Cut the turkey fillet strips lengthwise again. Cut the cheese into strips. Mix everything together. Mix together a dressing from yogurt, mustard, and chives, season with pepper, and stir into the salad. Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve. Before anyone cries, “Wow, that dressing sounds spicy,” remember that tomatoes absorb water.
