Egg, ham and tomato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g ham, cooked in slices
  • e.g. mayonnaise, or light salad cream
  • e.g. salt (or herb salt) and pepper
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

refreshing and quick to make

Slice the tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs, and cut the ham into approximately 2 x 2 cm cubes. Mix everything with mayonnaise (or light salad dressing). Season with salt (or herb salt) and pepper and let it marinate well. Fold in the chopped parsley. (The salad should appear a little dry at first, as it’s still drawing in a lot of juice!) Baguette goes well with this salad.
