Ingredients

  • 6 Spring onions
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 1 kg Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 6 Tuna fillets
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the spring onions and chilli into slices. Place the coriander leaves on top and finely chop everything on a large wooden board. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and then chop them together with the other ingredients. By chopping everything together on the board, the flavors can combine well.
  • Carefully scrape the salsa with all the juice from the board into a bowl and season well with salt and pepper and all the lime juice. The salsa can be a little "spicy". 😉
  • Set the finished salsa aside while you prepare the fish. Rub the fillets all over with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the pan and grill to the desired degree of doneness. Arrange on plates and spread the salsa all around and on top. Good Appetite 🙂
