Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, heaped pizza seasoning
  • 1 pinch of chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the tomatoes into very small pieces in a mixing bowl. Add the mascarpone, spices, and milk, and mix thoroughly. Serve as a starter dip for bread—tangy and tomatoey.
