Stuffed peppers with feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 peppers, pickled
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • possibly salt
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the feta in a bowl and mash as thoroughly as possible with a fork. Peel and finely chop or press the garlic and add it to the feta. Then add the paprika, olive oil, and cream as needed, and mix everything until creamy. If desired, you can add a little more salt or herbs. Now cut the stems off the peppers and scrape out the seeds with a thin knife. Finally, fill the peppers with the feta cream. For a longer shelf life, the stuffed peppers can be stored covered with olive oil.
