Tomato and mozzarella salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 400 g tomato(s) (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp herbs for salad, dried or fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the mozzarella and place it in a bowl. Wash and roughly dice the cherry tomatoes, and add them to the bowl. Peel and dice the onion. Wash, deseed, and finely dice the bell pepper. Add it to the mozzarella and tomatoes along with the diced onion. Mix the dried herbs with the oil and drizzle over the ingredients in the bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and let stand for about 30 minutes before serving.
