Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 1 piece(s) Mozzarella light
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • some rosemary
  • some spice mix (tomato-mozzarella seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

ideal for takeaway, single recipe

Dice the mozzarella and tomato. Place both in a small Tupperware container along with any remaining tomato juice. Sprinkle everything with plenty of tomato and mozzarella seasoning, drizzle with a little rosemary, and drizzle with olive oil. Then tightly close the container, shake well, and let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
