Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 50 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 g Cheddar or blue cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • Sea salt
  • Onion granules
  • Garlic
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • pepper, black
  • nutmeg
  • oregano
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with cheddar or blue cheese

First, cook the potatoes in their skins until tender; this will reduce the cooking time in the oven. Meanwhile, mix the cream with the spices (or use about 1 tablespoon of ready-made casserole seasoning, for example). Slice the tomatoes. Grate the cheddar or cut the blue cheese into pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). When the potatoes are tender, peel them and then slice them thinly. Place half of the potato slices in a small casserole dish, add half of the tomato slices, and sprinkle half of the cheese over them. Then pour half of the cream and spice mixture over the potatoes. Repeat the process. Bake the casserole for 10 minutes in the hot oven.
