Tomato and wild garlic chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 can tomato(s), chunky, 400 g
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic, approx. 100 g
  • 1 handful of black olives
  • 3 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

SIS dinner suitable

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Slice the mozzarella, halve the olives, and mince the garlic. Wash and dry the meat, then season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and place it in a baking dish. Wash and dry the wild garlic, then cover the meat with it. Arrange the tomatoes on top, then the olives, then the mozzarella. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
