Tomato and wild garlic puff pastry pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 1 tbsp, heaped paste (wild garlic paste)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the wild garlic paste on it. Cut the tomato into thin slices and spread them on the puff pastry. Crumble the feta over the top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
