Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 4 carnations

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blend the tomatoes, seeds, and basil in a blender. Weigh the mixture and add half the weight in the form of extra gelling sugar, then stir in. Add the chili pepper and cloves and cook for 3 minutes according to the instructions. Remove the chili pepper. Then fill the jam into hot, rinsed, twist-off-lid jars.
