Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, alternatively firm margarine, e.g. B. Alsan
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 10 tomatoes, dried in oil, chopped
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften. Mash all ingredients in a bowl with a fork until smooth. Store the tomato butter in the refrigerator.
