Yogurt and berry ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 65 g powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar
  • 250 g berries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

with or without ice cream maker

Mix the yogurt and sugar until there are no lumps. Then add the frozen berries. If you want popsicles, pour the mixture into ice cream molds and insert a stick into each one. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours. If you prefer scoops of ice cream, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to the instructions, or place the mixture in a Tupperware container or similar container and place it in the freezer. Without an ice cream maker, stir the mixture every half hour. A few hours later, your ice cream will be ready.
