Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 pack of cheese (Chester cheese)
  • Mustard, hot
  • Tomato(s), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead together flour, baking powder, salt, and butter/margarine. Roll out and place on a baking sheet. Top with Cheshire cheese and spread with spicy mustard. Finally, top with tomato slices and bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
