Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- Mustard, hot
- some parsley, chopped
- 250 g ham, cooked
- 150 g cheese (Emmental)
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ liter sweet cream
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat the butter and eggs until fluffy. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, a little parsley, and mustard to taste. Dice the ham and grate the cheese. Add the ham and cheese to the egg mixture. Now add the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the cream. Pour the entire mixture into a buttered loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes. Then slice and serve.
