Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-large tomato(s), (vine tomatoes)
- 60 g tomatoes, dried, soaked
- 2 balls of mozzarella, preferably buffalo milk mozzarella
- 60 g spice paste (tapenade) made from black olives
- 50 g Pesto Genovese
- salt and pepper

Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for about 10 minutes. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely dice them. Purée the sun-dried tomatoes in a blender and then mix with the diced tomatoes in a bowl. Season with pepper. Thinly slice the mozzarella. To finish, layer the ingredients in the jars. First, add the tapenade, then the mozzarella, then some of the tomatoes, then more mozzarella, then more tomatoes and mozzarella, and finally the pesto. Make sure the mozzarella covers the bottom layers well. Depending on the size of the jar, you can vary the ingredients; the only limits are your imagination. Depending on the size of the jar, the ingredients are sufficient for 4-6 servings.
