Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes (oxheart tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. sea salt
  • n. B. Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 80 g Pecorino or Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simple, few ingredients

Thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the plates. Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, then whisk in the oil. Drizzle the tomatoes with the dressing and arrange thin shavings of cheese on top.
