Tomato Corners
The perfect tomato corners recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry baker’s yeast
- Salt
- 350 ml Water
- 5 El Olive oil
- For covering:
- 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 3 Toes Garlic
- 1 Tl Oregano
- Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients and let rise for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
- Mix some olive oil with the squeezed garlic and oregano, lightly salt and brush the corners with it.
- Cut the cocktail tomatoes into thick strips and cover the corners.
- Bake at approx. 200 ° C (approx. 10 min.)
- They taste best warm.
