Tomato Corners

The perfect tomato corners recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry baker’s yeast
  • Salt
  • 350 ml Water
  • 5 El Olive oil
  • For covering:
  • 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 1 Tl Oregano
  1. Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients and let rise for about 1 hour.
  1. Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
  1. Mix some olive oil with the squeezed garlic and oregano, lightly salt and brush the corners with it.
  1. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into thick strips and cover the corners.
  1. Bake at approx. 200 ° C (approx. 10 min.)
  1. They taste best warm.
