Salad Rolls

The perfect salad rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 St. Iceberg lettuce fresh
  • 1 St. Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 El Sour cream
  • 150 g Herb quark
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 Discs Cooked ham
  • 1 tsp Lovage
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 1 El Mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  1. Wash 5 large leaves of lettuce and set aside.
  2. 3 Cut small lettuce leaves very finely. Likewise the spring onion. Cut the ham into very small cubes. Grate the carrot very finely. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Put some mixture on the large lettuce leaves and roll up, fold in sideways.
  4. Cool spots, then drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.
  5. I also had tomato corners. Very, very tasty.
