Tomato cream for flatbread pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 70 g tomato paste
  • 35 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cream, possibly 2
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

easy to prepare and can be kept for a few days

Mix all ingredients well and spread on the flatbread. Then top with your desired toppings, just like a pizza, and bake in the oven. This batch is enough for two small doner kebabs, so four halves. It will keep in the refrigerator for a few days. It’s also suitable for other rolls or breads.
