Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 150 g cream
- 1 pack of frozen shrimp
- Fresh herbs, e.g. basil, parsley, chopped
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- n. B. Garlic, fresh, finely chopped
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
With fresh herbs
Quickly fry the thawed shrimp in oil over high heat until they turn red. Add the garlic and set aside. Heat the tomatoes with the cream, herbs, and crumbled feta cheese and pour over the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta or fresh baguette.
