Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 11 g thyme
- 11 g coriander
- 11 g rosemary
- 11 g dill
- 18 g parsley
- 18 g chives
- 1 point cress
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 6 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 12 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 6 tbsp cream
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the herbs and shake dry. Then chop finely. Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel, and remove the yolks. Press the yolks through a sieve and dice the egg whites. Peel and dice the onion. Add the herbs, eggs, onion, vinegar, oil, mustard, and cream. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Heat well before serving, if desired.
