Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 80% fat
- some mustard, medium hot
- 1 dash of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and season with salt. Arrange the tomato and egg slices alternately on a plate. Halve any overly large tomato slices. Mix the mayonnaise with plenty of mustard and season to taste. Add a dash of cream to make the sauce a little thinner. Pour the sauce over the tomatoes and egg. Let it stand for about an hour before serving.
