Tomato – feta cheese – pasta sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the garlic in a nonstick pan. Wash the cherry tomatoes, add them to the pan, and sauté only briefly (otherwise they’ll get too mushy). Crumble in the feta cheese and let it melt (tip: I like a few thicker crumbs to remain). Season to taste with herbs and pepper (I don’t add any more salt; the feta cheese is already salty enough). Serve immediately.
