Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 bell pepper(s), red
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp capers
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

for all types of pasta
Peel the onion and trim the bell pepper. Chop both finely and fry in hot olive oil in a pan. Once the onions are translucent, deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the fennel seeds and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the capers, sour cream, and shredded feta cheese. Reduce heat to low, stirring constantly until the feta cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with the cooked and drained pasta and serve immediately.
