Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g arugula
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g pasta
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Boil water, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions. Chop garlic and tomatoes as desired. Heat olive oil and briefly sauté garlic. Add tomatoes to the garlic. Chop feta. Briefly rinse pasta and add to the pot with the tomatoes, stirring to combine. Serve the pasta on plates and scatter the cleaned arugula over the pasta.
