Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 potatoes
- ½ pack of pizza cheese
- Butter, salted
- 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
- Sauce (curry mango sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then, using a knife, cut them into slices of any size and place them in a baking dish. Pull the potato slices apart slightly, but only enough so that they don’t fall apart. Brush the potatoes with salted butter. Sprinkle with pizza cheese and place the potatoes in the oven (convection oven 180°C) for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, fry the chicken breast fillet either in a pan with a little butter or oil or grill it in a small grill. Remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with curry-mango sauce. Cucumber salad with, for example, an egg added, as a natural source of protein, goes very well with this.
