Tomato – mozzarella – croissants

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 croissants, to bake
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 bottle of sauce (garlic sauce)
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 mozzarella, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the croissants open and generously spread the garlic sauce on each half. Layer the mozzarella and tomatoes on the bottom half, then sprinkle with onion. Season generously, place the top half of the croissant on top, and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
