Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp Tabasco
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 4 tomatoes (bottle or Roma tomatoes)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 feta cheese
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- basil
- chili powder
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the meat with the mustard, Tabasco, and seasonings and press into a quiche dish. Slice the tomatoes, zucchini, and mozzarella and arrange them in a fan-like pattern on the meat base. Dice the feta cheese and crumble it over the quiche. Sprinkle the rosemary sprigs and, if desired, a little pepper over the vegetables. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 35-45 minutes. After baking, tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the quiche. This goes well with flatbread or ciabatta.
