Tomato – Mozzarella – Pasta – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 6 tomatoes (vine tomatoes), in small cubes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella (possibly light), cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ pot of basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick, light summer meal – suitable for combining foods – carbohydrates

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool briefly. Place the warm pasta in a bowl with the tomato and mozzarella cubes. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper and pour over the pasta. Mix everything well and let it stand for 30 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
