Quick pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 cup salad (Budapest salad or meat salad)
  • 5 gherkins
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente and let cool. Dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Add everything to a bowl with the Budapest salad and mix well. Season to taste with chili powder, salt, pepper, and a little cucumber juice, if desired.
