Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- e.g. walnuts
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
fresh salad with bite
Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Slice the onions into rings or cubes. Add the walnuts, salt, pepper, and other spices, if desired. Mix everything together. Tip: If you like, you can also add red and yellow bell peppers. Ideal for barbecues or parties.
