Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g onion(s) (red)
- 350 g tomatoes, plum tomatoes
- 20 g brown sugar
- 80 ml balsamic vinegar (white)
- 80 g olives (Kalamata)
- 50 g sugar snap peas
- Pepper (crushed / black)
- Sea salt (coarse)
- Paprika powder (black)

perfect in summer as a side dish or as a starter
Cut the onions and tomatoes into 1/2 cm cubes. Slice the snow peas lengthwise into thin strips. Halve the Kalamata olives lengthwise and remove the stones. Heat a pan with olive oil and briefly and vigorously sauté the onions and snow peas. Then add the tomatoes. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar. Add the olives and season with sugar, pepper, sea salt, and a little paprika.
